Question 1

How do you charge for a job?

Accepted Answer

Most small jobs are quoted as a flat price once we know the scope. Longer or open-ended work is billed hourly with a two-hour minimum. You always get the number before we start - no surprise line items.

Question 2

Are estimates free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send a short description through the quote form and we will get you a price. For larger jobs we can come take a look in person.

Question 3

Who supplies the materials?

Accepted Answer

Either way works. We can pick up materials for you and pass along the receipt, or you can have everything on site before we arrive.

Question 4

How soon can you come out?

Accepted Answer

We often have same-day or next-day openings, and we schedule evenings and Saturdays for people who work during the week.

Question 5

What payment methods do you take?

Accepted Answer

Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Payment is due when the job is finished and you are happy with it.

Question 6

Do you stand behind your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If something we installed or repaired is not right, call us and we will come back and make it right.

Question 7

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

All of Los Angeles County - the San Fernando Valley, the Westside, and everywhere in between.
